Before you hire Beyond Horizons Tours & Travel
- Check the USDOT number on FMCSA SAFER and make sure the company is “Authorized for Passenger” if you cross state lines.
- Ask for the certificate of insurance — interstate carriers with 16+ seat buses must carry at least $5 million liability.
- Ask the year and model of the bus you will get, and whether it has seat belts, restroom, Wi-Fi and wheelchair lift.
- Get the quote in writing: hourly or daily rate, minimum hours, driver tip, fuel, tolls, parking and overnight driver lodging.
