Wedding shuttles: find a bus or limo company

A shuttle keeps guests together, on time and off the road after the reception. Most couples book a minibus or motorcoach for guests and a limo for the wedding party.

Which vehicle do you need?

Up to 14 guests: stretch limo or sprinter van. 15–35 guests: minibus. 36–56 guests: motorcoach. Bigger weddings: two vehicles running loops between hotel and venue.

Tips before you book

  • Book 6–12 months ahead for May–October Saturdays.
  • Send the company the exact hotel and venue addresses and check that a full-size bus can reach and turn at the venue.
  • Plan loops: one bus running a 20-minute loop can move many more guests than one trip.
  • Ask if the driver tip is included and what happens if the reception runs late.

Frequently asked questions

How many wedding shuttles do I need?

Count guests who need a ride (often half to two-thirds of guests staying at hotels) and divide by the seats per vehicle. Our “how many buses do I need?” tool does the math.

Limo or shuttle bus for a wedding?

Limos suit the wedding party (photos, arrival). Shuttle buses suit guests because they carry more people for less money per person.
